thought this quote was very good as often we can approach life a little cautiously especially when things have turned out differently to what we expected!
But yes, to have courage in living from day to day is the best thing we can ever do for ourselves and this requires us to give ourselves totally to what we are hoping to achieve in a very honest and open way.
